November, und Montag, 6. November, war unser Projekt auf der Allianz MiCo in Mailand, um der Fachmesse \u201e<a href=\"https:\/\/appleasurefromeurope.it\/de\/veranstaltungen\/golosaria-2023\/\">Golosaria\u201c<\/a> teilnehmen<\/p>\n<p>Die Veltliner \u00c4pfeln g.g.A stand im Mittelpunkt Kochsho von Chefkoch Salvatore Garofalo vom Restaurant &#8222;La Ratera&#8220;, der die Gaumen der Anwesenden mit seiner <em>Tarte Tatin<\/em> in einer modernen Sauce \u00fcberzeugte, die durch die einzigartigen organoleptischen Eigenschaften unserer Bergfr\u00fcchte aufgewertet wurde.<\/p>\n<p>Am Montag wurde das Projekt vom Journalisten und Gr\u00fcnder von Golosaria, Paolo Massobrio, bei der Preisverleihung f\u00fcr die besten Restaurants der Lombardei vorgestellt. Eine einmalige Gelegenheit, um auf die Bedeutung richtiger Essgewohnheiten und die Vorteile des t\u00e4glichen Obst- und Gem\u00fcsekonsums
